So I'm done converting an aquarium from TS2, everything works fine except that there are some seams that appear when the light is turned on. I'm guessing this happens because the texture is black and the light underneath it has a vibrant color on it. The thing is why do they appear and how can I get rid of them? I've searched for similar threads but I couldn't find anything in particular. I tried unwrapping the UV map (automatically through blender's option, can't do it manually), I've also tried resizing the panels in order to fill the gaps where the seams appear but still nothing... Here is a picture and the .blend file

Make sure you replace the Normal Map and the Specular in S4S in the warehouse. If you see the seam with the lights on that's likely the problem.

I actually have already replaced them. It kind of seems like there are these little gaps on the mesh itself, however in blender it seems fine...

This may be of no help at all but what graphics card do you have? Is it nVidia? If so it may not be an issue with the mesh at all but with the way the graphics card is rendering the mesh.

Yes, this is a graphic card issue, there's nothing you can do in the mesh that will improve this. I also have Nvidia and have the same issue with my content and others, it will show of for some and for others it won't. I found a fix that improves this but each person have to do it in their own pc, not something you can control. Take a look at THIS

Oh wow...I had no idea...It's true do have an Nvidia card, I'll try your suggestion Mathcope! Here is the link to the working package file in case anyone wants to try it in their game and tell us if the issue appears on your system!

Ok just to confirm it is actually caused my Graphics card (Gtx 1050) and how it handles anti aliasing in particular. Just some tweaking and BAM it's fixed! Once again huge thanks to everyone for your help, you have all helped me tremendously these last few days

Nice to hear things are working now, I have gtx 1060 and have the issue too so I don't know if at one point Nvidea fixed it for newer cards or it's just how the Sims 4 was made. But at least we can rely on that fix to make it better. It is not 100 effective, you can in some meshes still see it, but it's definitely better.
