Hello! I'm trying to convert a hat accessory from adult to toddler but when I open it in game it does this. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks! imgur.com/a/hlXZGYd

This is normal behaviour with hats, because they are supposed to hide the mesh your item is displaying one of the "hat chop" meshes. You want them to do this with an actual hat, in your case the accesory is different and shouldn't hide the mesh, so, to fix this, in Studio, go to the warehouse/Region Map resource:
Inside the region map you'll notice a field called "Entries" in the right, with a button that says "Edit items", press that. You'll see a list with items called "HairHat (and a letter). For each of them, change the region type to "BASE" and the layer number to 0. Save the region map, and save the .package. Then test in game.
If you don't follow this please post the file and I can guide you better.
