So because I love doing unnecessary things for the sake of doing them I've been trying to see if I can make new brushes for painting pets' fur. It's going just fine so far -- I've added new brushes that have different sizes and smoothness, etc, no problem -- except that the images that the brushes use aren't loading right. They show up in game clearly distorted: Not sure what's up with that! You can see that I've added swatch icons pretty much no problem, but each of the different brushes has been garbled beyond recognition. Dunno why. Tried DDS, PNG, overwritten it with gimp, using no alpha and greyscale... sometimes picking one of them even crashes the game. Weirdly overwriting an existing brush works just fine. Ok. That's fine sims 4. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong here, or at least have any ideas? Maybe this just ain't meant to be Here's the file, in case you wanna take a peek. I don't think it'll give us any helpful info but who knows.

Just wanted to post to say I figured it out -- the dds files have to be saved with an l8 format instead of any compression. New brushes here I come >3
