Hi! every time you append something into blender this gets added with their individual rig AND texture. what you're seeing in blender is each part with their own original texture. there should be only ONE material and linked to the correct texture (the one you'll import into S4S) you have to do this for each mesh group. head over the materials tab and if there's more than 1 diffuse delete the second one by selecting it from the list and clicking the minus button next to it. head to the next tab and select the correct image if needed.
