Hi i'm very new to the sims 4 and wanted to try and replace the default hair colors with PYXIS THE WITCHING HOUR - MM HAIR PALETTE

I tried following the instructions like it says in the notecard but i dont see a difference in game.
Is there any step by step instructions for noobs like me that i can follow to install it correctly?
