MOD REQUEST: One-sided Romance & Friendship

One-sided Romance & Friendship 
--Romance--
Sim options:
● can set a sims romance chances with all sims in game (will take longer for sim to feel romantic towards others if lower percentage)
● can set a sims crush (always number one choice for romance unless relationship with another sim in romance is higher)
● can have one-sided love, love triangles
● 0% for those the sim is uninterested in, 25%, 50%, 75%, crushes are 100% (sims that aren't as romantic can set their standards higher so that percentages are low for a majority of sims)
● this way attractive sims will get more romantic attention than the unattractive sims.
--friendship--
Sim options:
● can set a sims friendship chances with all sims in game (takes longer for sims to get along with lower percentages)
● can set a sims enemy
● can set a sims hero/heroine/idol
● can have one-sided friendships
● 0% of positive relationship for enemies, 25% chance of +, 50%, 75%, 100% chance of + for idols, heroes/heroines (this % chance is set different for each sim so the relationship meter is different on either sides)
● sims that aren't as friendly can set their standards higher so that percentages are low for the majority of sims
Not sure if this is possible to mod, but it would be real cool if this can work
