Mod wont work(I have a lot by the same creator that do work)

Hello! I know this is a problem a lot of people face, but mine is a little... stranger, I guess. All of my mods work fine, I have EV, Slow Dancing, Passionate Romance, Romantic Skygaze, and Sim torments. However, my teleport sims, T&C, and deadly toddlers (in particular) do not work. I've restarted the game, deleted and redownloaded the game, deleted and redownloaded the mods, changed settings over and over, and restarted/shut down my computer all the way several times. I've even stopped playing the game for a few days to see if it would work itself out. Nothing will work, but it works just fine for YouTubers and friends who have it. I don't know if its because im on HP (windows) or what. Help???
