I need create a mod, but for it I wanna add some inrations in existing piemenus (piemenus that's showing when we click on sim, like mischief, friendly)
Is there any way I can do this without using script?

Yes. But why would you?
You can override the snippet tuning that lists social_mixer_interactions and add your new custom social_mixer_interactions to said snippets, but it would cause potential conflicts with other mods that does the same thing, so a way better approach is to inject the mixers to the snippets via scripts, making your mod compatible with every other mod out there that does the same thing.
