I've also downloaded the S4S update and couldn't see an option. What I've done as a fix (and my CC baths all function fine) is to open the bath in S4S and select the Rig type. Edit items on the Bones segment, then select b__subroot__0, click Copy and rename it to b__subroot__1. Save the package and it works fine for me. I made this and I was able to fix my custom bathtubs. Thank you very much for this method How do you open the bath? And what do I do from there?

How do you open the bath? And what do I do from there? I'll paste this I posted in another forum:
Download the latest version (3.1.2.5) from this link and you can then open the custom content .package file into it. If it's an object (which baths are) there's two tabs at the top left of the window - Studio and Warehouse. Select the Warehouse tab, which is where all the tecchy stuff sits. That's where you select the type and segment as mentioned above.

I don't know how to do that.

First, after loading your CC bathtub, select the Warehouse tab. You'll see the page displayed below. Go down and find the type Rig and click on it. You'll then see what's in the right window. Click on the 'Edit Items' button relating to 'Bones'. Once clicked you'll see the window below. Select what I've selected in the left hand pane - b__subroot__0
