I know this is supposed to be in the bug report, however because I'm a new member I can't actually post a bug there. Hopefully it's okay for me to do this here.
I figured out that s4studio doesn't correctly save the specular map.mask file. I made a thread about this here, although this was before I noticed it being a bug: sims4studio.com/thread/17911/dress-shows-interesting-bits-shine?page=1&scrollTo=128616
The important note to make here is sigma1202 saying here that my specular map was pixelated, however, my photoshop version was exactly the same as what s4studio showed me first. I only noticed it once I took a peek in warehouse and then out of curiousity re-downloaded the download I shared to see that the mask was super pixelated.
Now, what is happening again, is that I import my new specular map + Mask in the textures tab it looks like this:
When I go to Warehouse, I still see my old specular map (And this is also being exported this way by s4studio and thus showing the old specular map in-game:)
(See white small spot on the sleeve bit)
My spec mask in photoshop, which is exactly the same as shown in the regular textures tab:
So, tl;dr, The regular previewer and my mask in photoshop both are up-to-date versions of the mask, but the warehouse version keeps showing the old specular map.
I'm not sure if i'm the only one with this bug, I'm using the "Wishes" version of S4Studio but to me this sounds like some sort of caching issue.
