Trying to add pedicured nails to the new Necrodog feet mesh

I'm having trouble though, can anyone guide me through the steps? I have Gimp, Sims 4 Studio and Blender, all of which are working, I'm just having trouble figuring out how to do it. 

There were some pedicured nails made for the version 3 of the Necrodog Feet but they do not match/work whatsoever with version 5 of the feet he made. I'm trying to make some pedicured nails that work well with the new mesh.
