Thank you so much! I wasn’t able to try anything else the last few days because I was busy with work so this helps a lot!

Apparently my struggle with this piece of CC hasn't ended yet :-/ I tried changing the tuning ID to the one from the stereo but that did nothing but made the object non selectable and the animation constantly running :-[ Cloning a stereo and changing the shaders made the object vanish completely. So does anyone how I can fix this?

My advice would be to examine necrodog's musicbox - HERE

Yeah I think you are more than likely going to need to create your own tuning for this, possibly by combining parts from the tuning it already has and the tuning of the stereo.

Okay that's what I thought. I already managed to combine different tunings and make new ones for some objects. So I'm currently looking through the tuning files of both objects but can't figure out what parts of the fan tuning are responsible for turning the animation on/off. I figure I probably need to change a reference of the shader somewhere but I can't find it. Also I'm still confused why no interaction at all showed up when I pasted in the tuning ID of the stereo. (I was able to fix that) -EDIT- So I got it working a stereo but still can't turn off the animation. I uploaded the fan and stereo version both here: simfileshare.net/folder/78003/Can somebody take a look at the tunings and help me figure out how to combine them correctly?

Well I've taken a look but I'm afriad they're too complicated for what I'm used to for me to be of any further help.

Update I finally figured out how to fix it! I extracted the tuning from the stereo and replaced the on/off interactions with the tuning IDs of the on/off interaction of the fan and now the handle stops when you turn it off :D Thanks for all your help though! I wouldn't been able to fix the animation by myself.
