Hello! I'm currently looking to make a mod that attaches a particle effect from TF2 to the head of a person through clothing. I know how to attach particles to objects, but not to clothes. minimonster mentioned something about this about a year and a half ago, but they removed their documentation on the process on their tumblr. I was wondering if anyone here would be able to explain any process that might be possible? Sorry if this question has been asked before; kind of new here, and wanted to make some fun CC for my own game (and maybe upload it if it comes out well.)

I don't think it's possible to add custom particles to the game yet, you can attach particles that are already in the game though
to add a particle to an article of clothing you will need to give it a buff inside the warehouse.

This will add a fire effect to the head
