Request: Recolor a skintone to one with fantasy vitiligo

Hello! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in recoloring one of the EA skintones for me? It would only be one swatch with fantasy vitiligo around the arm, head/face, and upper torso areas. If it could be enabled for occult sims (preferably aliens and/or vampires), then that would be perfect!
Here's the color palette I'm interested in:
Then here's a few references for the pattern:
Extra Notes:
- since there's cloth blocking the upper shoulder area, the design could just be up to artistic interpretation
- the lower torso, legs, and feet area are solid, and don't have any white areas present
- feel free to ignore the tube-like features shown on the references
- the black geometrical lines around the face area can be ignored (unless you're really feeling inspired, then go for it!)
- pretend the skeleton-like arm structure is like a solid arm (mainly just aiming for the color pattern)
For the face/cheek area, these android overlays by Osimllia have a pretty similar layout to how the structure is defined: [X] [X] When I first attempted to do this project, those helped me get a feel for how sims' faces translate over from their 2D to 3D forms. I'm an absolute beginner though (+ ended up failing miserably), and you guys probably already know how it all works haha. I just thought mentioning an outside approach with a similar style might be helpful.
