Modding Request - Unlocking DU Career Cybernetics Crafting

Hello, in a nutshell, what I'm asking for is a unlock for the Interaction for the Crafting of Cybernetics like the Exo-Mech Suit and Helmit, and the Computer Glasses, both are unlocked by the Engineering Career, but the option dousn't stick after one quits the either of the branches, or is the Computer Glasses and Exo-Mech Items are available for either Branch at the same time.
