Looks like you get help from another NOOB! Me.
Doing clothing, my sims would get that black plague skin condition from an improper shadow texture. There are ways to edit that texture, but I suggest using the "make blank" button on the shadow texture selection in S4S and see if that cures the plague.
These:

....appear to need the UV mapping done.
Good luck!

The first issue with the black blobs is because of a damaged shadow map texture. Check this tutorial for how to fix it> sims4studio.com/thread/4465/tutorial-smooth-break-free-shadow (The pictures are blurry but still give the general idea) The second issue is because the gem is still weighted as if it is an earring. You will need to manually paint the weights or perform a weight transfer. Check this tutorial for more info> sims4studio.com/thread/81/weight-transfer-blender?page=1For the final problem you need to fix the UV mapping. When creating clothing for the Sims 4 you should delete any of the body that is underneath the clothing and will never be seen. Then use the remaining space to map your new item to. If you leave the full body still inside the clothes you get issues like this and you may also get clipping when the Sim animates. This tutorial may be helpful.> sims4studio.com/thread/4324/tutorial-detailed-guide-create-clothing?page=1I can't find one specific to Marvelous Designer. I hope at least some of that helps.
