hello i'm back with another little problem!
i have a pre-made mesh (xps) and texture, but when i upload them onto my sims rig in blender, the mesh doesn't appear in the scenes window. not sure how i can cut numbers if it doesn't appear :/ i've tried joining it to a sims default hair mesh but that dissapeared too. i encountered this issue on the last hair i converted but i have no idea how i fixed it haha
edit: nevermind i imported it into s4s and it worked fine

First, you should not import anything in s4s until you do weights, vertex paint, uv maps, cut numbers. Second, was it in the outliner?( the list in the top right corner) If yes, you should probably change shading ( the icon next to Object mode) from Textured to Shaded
