I've been able to figure out the weight painting issues for deformations during poses in game, but I have 2 new problems. First, I have not been able to find a good tutorial for this. Normally when you use a height slider the clothing scales with the height, but the bottom half of this skirt won't scale. I know clothing scales differently with different sliders like hips and thighs, but it generally the entire piece scales with the height slider adjustment. And the second part which is probably part of the same issue is that the bottom of the skirt doesn't adjust with hip, thigh, etc adjustments. I'm not sure what I need to work with in Blender to make it work. It was mentioned it involves uv_1? But I don't see how to edit that. And suggestions or a good tutorial for this? All I can find are tutorials for making a uv_1 from scratch which doesn't really help me.

You should try posting in Creator Help instead, as that is where help related questions go and where people are active.
