I'm having issues too with this. I can't export as a package, just as a binary, but I am able to save it as a package. When I do this and save the package to the Mods folder, it messed up the terrain in-game just like jackx36. Regarding the lot dimensions in the data files, they're in hex and can be converted to decimal. In hex, 14 is 20, 1E is 30, 28 is 40, 32 is 50 and 40 is 64. how're you guys saving it to package? i might be able to pitch in, i'm having the same issue. i'm trying to change the lot size of straud mansion to 40/40 (64x64), exported worlddata to binary, created an empty package and then batch imported the worlddata inside. am i doing something wrong there? also it might be because you have the changed .world still inside your files and so its conflicting with the .package? not sure though can someone tell me how to make the .world into a .package?

figured how to turn it into a .package, but just doesn't give me anything, not even the fucked up terrain which i was low-key hoping for because that would mean im on the right track.. imgur.com/a/iOsGf8L

Guys the .world files can't be overwritten by the mods folder, you will have to replace the .world file itself source:

I tried to do the same thing but the lot size change didn't show up ingame. I tried making the 40x30 lot in Glimmerbrook bigger. (GP08_Village.world)I copied the file to another folder changed the value and replaced the file in the Game folder. I found out you're supposed to export the edited file as a package and place it in mods, not replace the original in the game folder. The world and area folders exist two places, replacing both of those with the edited one fucks up your game and replacing just one does nothing. Install it as a regular mod after exporting it as a package When I export it as a .package instead of a .world and save it in my mods folder, it says that the file is corrupted. Do you know why this might be? I am also trying to make this Glimmerbrook lot bigger. Did you have any success? When I just made the revision in the existing .world file, it also did not do anything.

Hello everyone! I recently began tinkering with this tool in an effort to modify the Von Haunt Estate in Windenburg, specifically, I wanted to increase the lot size. I've run into the issue called z-fighting, where there is horrible flicker and my floor is sometimes visible, sometimes not, on any space outside of where the lot originally was. I was wondering if anyone knew how to overcome this particular issue?

It will still show the original size in the world view, but if you enter edit lot it will be bigger i'm a little late to the party but, i've done it all as instructed, and for some reason when i try to enter the lot the game crashes, i made it 64 x 64 so its nothing really off limit.. Hoping there could be any fixes for that
