Excessive shading bottom side of objects

Hi! Okay, so this has been an intense project for me and so difficult cause of the shading. I have made soooo many modular items and it's really what I specialize in and so I am very familiar with the counter shader. However, this was my first time mounting it to the wall and it gets *dark* against the wall. I fixed that issue by using a light texture map and ignoring rig lighting. Now onto the accessories. They snap into place on the pegboard. but I feel like bottom side of the pegs and the underneath the shelf are excessively dark. They are separate objects from the pegboard itself.

It's not the SSAO... ive tried using different shaders. Nothing brightens that up except if I also make a light texture map for each one and that is just too painful for me to do.

What do you think? Would you even notice this is too dark on the bottomside? Maybe I am being crazy. Or maybe you know a way to make it not be so dang dark on the bottom side of these things.
