UPDATE: This is not a solved problem, just closed, as this is not an issue covered by S4S. Hello, there! Background: So, to make a long story short, I am experiencing a weird issue where luumia's hip shape slider ( this one!) is not working for me even though it worked in the past. - I started using it within this month only.
- I DID NOT install any new mods after it. I do have a lot of mods, yes, and they were already installed when I first put the slider in. And, at the time I did, it worked. No new mods or sliders were installed since.
- I didn't think it would solve the problem, but I tried this anyway: I have tried using sliders that *only* my sims use and it still did not work (I do have sliders I do not personally use but I need them for my friends' sims for collab purposes).
And so I've been hearing friends say "did he update the slider?" I did check luumia's page and, I didn't see any updates to it. I re-downloaded it again anyway just in case, but did not work. So here's the actual question: how do you "update" a slider? NOTE: yes, I did search "slider", "slider not working", "update slider" in the forum and I didn't see any topic related to this one... or I might have missed it. In which case, I do apologize.I'm not interested in making my own, but I just want to know how one would actually update something like this, so that instead of relying on others to do it, I can do it myself, just for personal purposes. But, I will also appreciate any information people would have regarding my slider issue, too.

Hi. The Sims 4 Studio is not used for creating or updating sliders. They are made in TS4 MorphMaker.
Global moderators usually close threads about sliders and other issues s4s does not support, so it would be more reasonable to ask or search for this info on modthesims in the related thread.

Ah, I see. Well, I did not know that, hence why I asked here. It seemed like people were asking questions about almost anything, including Blender or MD or whatever. Besides, it was worth trying if someone out there knew. Well, thanks for the response regardless.

Blender and MD are used in the prosess of making cc that The Sims 4 studio supports, most people here use them and know enough to offer assistance. There are ofc those who know how to use Morphmaker but you will have higher chances of recieving help on modthesims where it was posted initially
