Hello, thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer. Basically I'm brand new to cc and barely understand what I'm doing. I've only just started using cc content in game. I have an alpha beard and hair I like to use together but they unfortunately don't have the same colour swatches so they look a little off together. So i decided to jump in and try to recolor them both. I followed tutorials on recoloring in gimp and managed to set them both to the same brown and save the new files as a png file. However I've come against a problem with the new swatches showing in game. I've followed the tutorials on here on how to add a custom swatch which work fine in studio and the new colour shows up in studio just fine but when I go in game the new hair is just a replica of the original swatch. Although I'm following the tutorial there is something that I cant seem to get right. when the tutorial says click 'add swatch and a white swatch appears' mine doesn't do that, mine copies the swatch I'm currently on when I press add swatch. So I them export the texture onto the copied swatch, it then shows up on the little sim to the left, I then save it but like I said when I go into the game all thats there is a copy of the swatch I was on when I pressed add swatch. Then if I go back into studio and open it up the new swatch is there. So it works in studio just not in game. I've tried to read a few fixes but I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. I'm sorry if this is a really stupid thing I'm doing wrong and thanks for anyone who takes the time to help.

Try changing the color of the swatch. I believe someone else recently (as in like a month or two ago) had a similar issue and the same colored swatch caused issues.
