Hi everyone. I am making an apron for my sim, and I want it to be an accessory. I cloned the CC from a female bracelet and I have finished the data transfer of uv 1 and weight transfer to my mesh. However, in game, it looks like this: It is quite weird that it looks fine when the sim have top clothing, but when the sim is naked, the stripes of the apron just disappear......also, if I adjust the size of the breast, the same problem will happen no mater the sim have top clothing or not. I have assign the breast bone to my mesh in the weighting process and I have changed the vertex color to dark or bright green. The problem still exist. Here are my files. Thank you for taking time to figure out my problem. package fileblender file

Hi. Use Nearest face interpolated instead of the default one If you are using a non-default nude top, transfer a uv_1 map from it

I re-transferred the uv_1 map and weights and it works now. I also cloned a full-body outfit ( you want your item to have the same vertex groups as the original) to start a package and changed its category to ring ( you do not want to start from a bracelet because bracelets are tunes to disappear upon interaction with some long-sleeved items) Also, while I strongly advice you against using Decimate modifier in the first place, if you're going to do it, Remove doubles first or export the mesh from MD as weld New blend and package files

Thanks a lot!! I am so silly that I never think of cloning the item from a full body in the first place. I think this is the main problem.
I am also quite curious of which mesh do you use to transfer the uv 1?
Because I have tried at least three different full body outfit mesh and nothing changes.
I see the uv 1 made by you is quite different from mine's.
Thanks again.

No, that was not the problem. That could cause distortions for you or someone else using your cc. Maxis meshes have pretty much the same uvs in the chest area, the problem was in how you set up Data transfer modifier initially. The default settings do not give good uvs, should use Nearest face interpolated instead
