What for... it will take more time to load another version of the program than to switch shading No, you just need to edit weights Hi. This is a problem with weights. Select right trouser leg either in UV Editor ( with Keep UV and Edit mode mesh selection in sync ( 1 ) ) or in 3d view ( with Limit selection to visible off ( 2 ) ). Enable Show Weights ( 1 ), click on + and type in calf ( 2 ), choose b__L_Calf__ ( 3 ), click remove button ( 4 ) to clear selected area from that group. Repeat for b__L_Foot__ and b__L_Thigh__. Then press Ctrl I to inverse selection and repeat the same for b__R_Calf__, b__R_Foot__, b__R_Thigh__. Switch to Weight Paint mode and click Normalize all ( 1 ). If the areas where you removed vertex groups had weights from the right groups, they will be normalized automatically. If not, you can enable Face Selection masking for painting ( 2 ) and using Blur brush ( 3 ) just run ( 4 ) through these areas with the right groups selected ( 5 ). It should normalize itself if Auto Normalize is enabled.

Thank you! I'm going to try later c: If the mesh turn brown in game even if the texture colours are different in s4s what can the cause be? (and it's bad on the left leg...) edit: I just noticed that the uv map breaks in some part after removing doubles... image
nsfw... blender file

Should never use Make blank button. It removes the files from the package and disrupts the structure. Use these maps instead

I tried using the maps but nothing changed. (I created another package file and used the maps that you linked). It's still brown TT Edit: I was trying to edit weights for the legs too but when I have to remove the wrong ones (step 4, 2nd picture) it doesn't do anything. Only way for them to disappear is to delete them, but yeah, that doesn't work as it leave the legs weightless.

Try splitting the mesh into 3 meshgroups and cloning underwear instead of nude. Also, you have overlapping geometry in the leg area.
About weight editing, is the wireframe white like in the pic?

I still have not tried to split the mesh in 3 parts but I re did everything again, this time only with the pants (without the object), and it worked (as if I'ts not brown in the game). So I suppose that I'm doing something wrong when merging the two things. For the weights; no, it was the step before going to weight paint. The one where you select your mesh, go to show weights and remove the ones that you don't need. It didn't remove anything. (When I re did all the steps starting from 0, it worked after I only selected the part that I saw with the wrong weights and not all the leg). Edit: It worked in blender, but when I try the package in the game, it's bright pink and if I select it the sims disappear packageblendI tried following tutorials on how to remove overlapping geometry but I'm not able to apply them to my mesh. They all use a cube or really simple objects to show how to do it and... I'm not even able to see where in my mesh I have this overlapping geometry.

That's odd, maybe make the object an accessory?
These extra bones, where do they come from? Wicked whims rig? Did the author give any instructions on how to use it? Are you using the same rig or the base one? I've never used custom rigs but the author should have explained it somewhere
About overlapping geometry, select one vertex of it, press Ctrl L and it will select the whole side of one leg, delete. You can also select the whole legs and remove doubles, but it may flip normals and Recalculate outside does not always work like you'd want it

Yeah, I think that I will do it like that.
The extra bones are from the legs (I didn't use the base game nude). It works ok for other clothes that I made, the problem is when I have clothes with large pants or in this case the flounces and I try to edit weights. Or at least, I think that's the problem with the bright pink and disappearing sims in game.
I tried selecting a single vertex but after I use ctrl L it select both legs (tried again selecting vertex alternatively in both legs in different places but it's always the same result)

When you press Ctrl L, on the left ui offers you options: material, seam, etc. Choose UVs

Thank you SO much for all your help! I haven't tried doing more clothes for now as I'm learning animations too, so I think that this topic can be closed. I'm sure that as soon as I will start again I'm going to have so many more problems/questions and it will result in me opening a new topic ahah
