Hi. You cloned a item that is not affected by foot bones but imported an item that is affected by them. Did you manually edit the weights in the ankle area? The sum of all vertex group values of each vertex there is above 1. Before doing it, you must assign the rig in Armature modifier. After editing them in Edit mode, you should use Normalize all in Weight paint. If you edited them in Weight paint, you do not need to click on Normalize all so long the rig is assigned and Auto Normalize is enabled. Why are there skirt and toe bones in the list at all. Never use Make blank button, it does not make the textures blank, it remove them from the file, which disrupts its structure and leads to all types of issue. - clone ymBody_EF10Noctis, export the blend, append it in the scene with your tuxedo; - select your garment, DELETE ALL OLD VERTEX GROUPS, transfer the weight from the appended item; - delete the reference, import this blend file in ymBody_EF10Noctis; - switch to Warehouse tab, select CAS part, type exclude in the search bar to the right. Paste 0000000000000000 in the ExcludePartFlag

I'm not sure how any of this happened..hmm as for the skirt thing, i have no clue. i only appended the files of a base-game tuxedo the only way i can think that shoe bones got into this was an entirely different mesh i used at some point that included shoes for some reason, but i think i appended that in, saw the shoes, and then deleted all of the meshes.. although i think i might have accidentally used it at some point and so it's causing the foot bones. but this issue happened with all the other models i made which i only used the tuxedo that didnt come with shoes.. this is so confusing i really made a mess here XD the only way i manually edited the weights was i was trying to figure out the problem so i cleared the weights by using clean and raising the number? maybe that did something wrong all of these steps are confusing, i can try to follow them along but i'm afraid i'll mess it up even more i will follow these steps on a seperate file, but also i save my files in a way that i have many, many backups of the model should i bring up a previous version that i have no weight transfer on and then work from there? right now i'm going to follow the steps you gave me, i'll get back to you on this :D

your fix works! thank you<3 my only problem now is that the coat tails have an error where in between the legs the mesh gets funky looking. its different from an in-game tuxedo where the tails already cling to the legs, its a bit different and it looks like its making new faces in-between the legs when you walk (tested on the outgoing animation and all the walk cycles) that's why i used a tuxedo for the weight transfer at first, because its shape is nearly identical to my mesh rn...but i guess it creates...foot groups and skirt groups and identical vertex groups for some reason? i'll play around with some stuff to figure out if i can make the weight of the coat tail to transfer over too, but your fix works just as well if not ^__^ i just wish there wasn't the weird leg glitch in a walking animation (new package) (new blend file)

Foot bones are meant to be there because pants are long enough to be affected by them. It's the swimsuit you cloned that was not long enough to have them Type Thigh, in Weight paint select each of those thigh groups to see how the mesh is painted by them. You can edit them but assign the rig first
