Adapt it to be functional in TS4: transfer weights and uv_1, edit uv_0, vertex paint, add body parts

But...now it is tecnically functional,I already do the transfer weights,uv,etc. I just dont know why it is rotated.

It is rotated because of the way you exported the file or imported it in Blender. Something must have been wrong with axis conversion. You can try appending the sweater in a new scene and import it in s4s to see if this will work, but when I try to do this, my Blender crashes. If you will export the sweater as obj and import it again in a new scene, all of that information, including weights, second uv map, vertex paint, will be lost and the mesh will be imported in s4s properly after you'll make it functional
