Clavicles are not the only bones that affect this region. On sharper movements the mesh will not conform to the body

Is there a way to find out which vertex groups should I have there?

1). Delete all vertex groups 2). Make sure both the body and the piercing are visible and selectable; 3). Select the body, shift-select the piercing, choose Transfer weights; 4). Choose Nearest face interpolated and by Name; 5). Click on Clean and choose all groups; 6). Click on Limit total. 7). gumroad.com/l/Gxkbp - enter 0 and click on purchase, in Blender go to File - user preference, switch to addons, choose install from file, choose this file. Click on the same button you did in step 1, you will see Remove unused vertex groups, click on it. Now there should only be vertex groups that the mesh is affected by. If none of this works for, install a different version of blender When you will click on Remove doubles, all unused vertex groups will be deleted automatically

I tried to take screenshots of what I was doing. Firstly I tried it this way. And then I tried to do it like this. Finally I was doing it based on the first guidance, but started with "deleting all vertex groups" and finished with "removing unused vertex groups" But I got the same result every time.

Hm, you did everything right the second time. I think there might be something wrong with your Blender. Try installing a more recent version of 2.76 Here's an updated file

That is the latest version of 2.76. Try installing 2.78 and change blender path in s4s to it, I guess

I tried 2.78 before, and I changed the path, but when I exported with that, the sim model didn't appear

Is it possible to use 2.76 for exporting and 2.78 for editing?

Yes, but first try this: export the blend, open it in 2.76, File - Save. Open 2.78, open that blend. If it won’t work, export the file, open a new scene in 2.78, File - Append - the file you exported - object - select everything, append. Once you’re done, save and try opening it in 2.76. But it’s best if you will use 2.7 for that because then you will be able to open files without having to append meshes
