i've made a few things and i have made a different pump and it was fine it worked everything i have made has gone fine until now.

i tried decimating it because the poly was too high and i've tried other stuff i've left it for a few months if i have to re do it so be it i guess but if there is any way i could get this to work... i put a lot of time into it and i'd hate to lose it.
