Today, I have been testing my mesh by using a swimsuit (woman's one piece) as suggested. I pick up my older file, and try to do the steps correctly.
And I learn new thing.
During my testing, I'm confused why my mesh have distortion again (different one). I use all the knowledge and experiences I acquire til today. Can't fixed it.
Then I find something. Different swimsuit type could cause different distortion to the same imported file. I'm not sure why.
This means, If I use another item for testing before splitting to groups, I can't be sure, whether a distortion occurs due to my mistakes or... the problem is with the item I use for testing.

you cloned a swimsuit that is made of more than one meshgroup and imported your blend made of one meshgroup. The whole body replaced a portion of legs, which had no appropriate slots.
always start by exporting the mesh of the item you cloned.
Also, if you're using a swimsuit for feminine frame to import this outfit for masculine frame, do not do this.

The swimsuit has one meshgroup only. I've checked. prnt.sc/26h3oxdIt's a woman swimsuit I cloned, but it's also exist in men category. Is it a no-no too? prnt.sc/26h3nt1Otherwise no man swimsuit that's in one piece. THere are only trunks.

Feminine and masculine variations of the same outfit are different meshes and packages.
The one in the first picture is suitable. If you get distortions in the foot or finger area, then ignore them, this is to be expected. You can lower graphics settings to not see them. This will not happen when you will clone something that has foot and toe bones to begin with. Focus on everything else
if you get different type of distortions, share the picture and the files

Aren't all TS4 shares the same kind of rig/armature, that has foot and toe bones?

It is not the rig but the content of the package. We don’t know what exactly is causing it, probably the list of bones the original item is affected by inside the package
The only known to me solution is to clone something that is similar
