I made these items because I always felt like offices and hospital reception areas looked so bare. I'm quite happy with the way they look in game so might as well share for anyone interested. A few things to note:The four bookcases are converted from the Sims 2 and should function as an ordinary bookcase. They have their original name/catalogue description and all of their recolours present. The filing cabinet will only work if you have Get to Work installed as it was cloned from the office cabinet present in that pack. New Look Aquariums
This aquarium is a clone of the spa day aquarium, scaled down and re-imagined. There is a large size and a medium size. The medium sized aquarium has scaled down (smaller) fish in order to prevent them clipping through the tank. These tanks will only show up in the game if you have Spa Day installed. The kid’s aquarium is base game compatible as it was cloned from the fish bowl. All tanks are designed to sit on a surface and are not freestanding. As the large aquarium is quite bulky I made a stand for it to sit on (see pictures). The stand comes in 4 different colours and has slots on the surface top and the bottom. It can be used for anything but it fits the large aquarium perfectly where as most surfaces are an awkward match for it. The cc pictured in the bottom of the cabinet is not my own (aside from the red bucket) and is for illustrative purposes only. It’s not included. Radiator Covers!
I love the idea of having everday things in my house like radiators but the problem is although there are some great cc radiators out there they are always high lod and having quite a few on your lot can really slow the game down. These give the illusion of having radiators without lagging your game. I’ve gave them slots so they can also be used as a shelf.
Base game compatible. Feel free to recolour as you wish. |

Animated Plasma Lamp
A decorative lamp with some cool animation. Comes in 3 colours as shown. Feel free to recolour as you wish.
Requires Get to Work!
The FX used with this object comes as part of the GTW expansion pack so i’m pretty sure the FX wont show up in your game if you do not own that.
It can be turned on and off like a regular light. I wanted to make a smaller version but the FX wont allow me to resize it for some reason. Very annoying. I had to scale the mesh around the animation so that’s why it looks bigger than it probably should. If anyone has a workaround for that, i’d love to hear it.
