EA Terrain Paints
I was chatting about the grass in game last night and decide to put K Hippys overrides back in. They are awesome, however so far there is not an Island Living option so if you paint the grass on an Island lot it looks a little odd.
To remedy this I extracted all the Maxis base game and the two Granite Falls grass and sand terrain paints and made them into recolours without any editing. So if you use these on a Island Living lot the grass is a maxis match. They are not overrides they just an add 22 of Maxis terrain paints. I haven’t changed anything at all so they will show as doubles of the default with the same pictures and descriptions. If you don’t use K_Hippys defaults then you don’t need these files.

Bonsai Garden
This is a long standing project that I have finally completed and am happy with. I combined the small bonsai tree from the Sims 2 with a fountain, I added some birds and grass and this is the result. There are 8 slots around the edge for pot plants or whatever you want, I have a gecko on mine in one of my spars. Use indoor or out, looks good in foyers and on balconies. Found in Fountains for S300. Polys 2129.

Wood Floors Sims 2 Conversions
After Island Living made all these floors unusable on decking I revamped them so they now work anywhere and added a few recolours as well. There are 22 floor files all in one zip. Find In Floors/Wood, all prices vary.

Walls Plain with Bow Mouldings
I was asked to make some plain walls with my mouldings (top & bottom trim) so I have had a go. The pictures don’t do them justice, whatever I did when taking them they appeared much better and brighter in game than these pictures show. 28 colours that are based on Maxis plain wall colours. These are found in Paint for S2, I hope they come in useful.

Sofa (Get Famous) Tweaks and Recolours
I liked this sofa but the deep buttoning and the legs didn’t appeal to me, so I tweaked the mesh and added recolours. These are the plain colours, there is a choice between dark and light wood trim, soft touch textures. Get Famous pack needed for this to show in your game.
