This started out as the game property Cottage Am See, but over time I have totally rebuilt it for a female sim that had a very long and happy life here. I've been asked a couple of times to upload it as its often used as a place to show new objects. So here it is, with a few bits of furniture, window recolours and walls included.
The cottage is set on a 20x20 lot and although small it has plenty of room for one or even a couple of Sims to live comfortably.
There is kitchen with a door leading to the garden and the stairs to a large basement at either ends of the room. The main living room has the stairs to the right, and there is an alcove for a fireplace.. There is a small bathroom set between the two downstairs rooms on the back wall. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is a green house in the garden close to the kitchen back door and a bee box surrounded by flowers for the bees. On the left there is a small swimming pool. The price is around S65k. All the cc in this build has been made by myself and is included in the zip. Recolours fromCats & Dogs, Seasons, City Living, Get Famous, Get Together & Romantic Gardens. Please don’t upload anywhere else, thanks.

Walls x3 The Hunt
This large pattern is by Ralph Lauren. I just want to say that I find real life hunting of this sort, a sport for ridiculous self absorbed snobs. That said this pattern looks awesome in Sims homes. Find in wallpaper for S12.

Bookcase Muse Recolours
This started as an attempt to recolour the Muse bookcase and empty it so I could use it for my own clutter, but has turned into something more interesting. This one is simply an empty recoloured bookcase with a small footprint. It still has the inspired ambiance. Six wood colours and lots of slots, 15 medium and 84 small. Polys 264. S500. Find in Display, Miscellaneous, and Storage.

Bookcase Muse Curved x3
This is the same bookcase as above but I added two extra panels to make it appear curved. This bookcase can make some interesting shapes, especially with the above single. But it does have some limits. The foot print is very small to allow it to be close to walls, however if the side shelves are empty the Sims may walk through them. The side will also clip other objects & walls because the footprint is so small. The slots on the side shelves are in the same rotation as the front shelves so the clutter has be rotated slightly to make it face forward. Colours match the six above woods exactly. Inspired ambiance. Lots of slots, 45 med, 139 small. The bookcase is found in Display, Miscellaneous, and Storage. S2160. Polys 682. I hope you have fun with it.
