Hello,
I made a pink recolor for the Barnyard Beauty wallpaper and I'd like to add this recolor to the original wallpaper rather than making a new one. I've seen people do this in mods but I'm not sure how I'd do this.
Kind Regards, HiddenKnowledge
P.s. The recolor is for personal use.

Hi hiddenknowledge, welcome to Studio forums. To add a swatch to an existing wall you can clone the same wall and then change the prototype ID in the Warehouse. The prototype ID determines which catalog entry the new swatch or swatches will show up on. If you give it the same one as the EA wall you want to add a swatch to it will show up on that wall's catalog entry. Here is how to find the right number and where in your new swatch.package to change it. 1. Start to create your wall recolor as usual and when you get to the thumbnail list page hover over one of the wall thumbnails for the wall you want to add a swatch to. The wall's name will show up in a small box. Copy down the last characters of the number shown here...you don't need to include the 0's...just all the numbers after the 0's. After that clone the wall as usual and save the .package into your projects folder. Then return to the main (first) Studio screen. 2. Open the Fullbuild0 by clicking the My Projects button and navigating to it. The path is shown below after the Studio version number and name. 3. Once the Fullbuild0 is open type the characters you copied down in step 1 and click the Filter button. 4. Studio will filter using this number and one of the items on the list will be a Wall. Click on that line on the left side. 5. On the right side scroll down to the Prototype ID section and copy the Prototype ID as shown. You can copy it directly using Ctrl c or you can write it down if you wish. 6. Return to the front screen of Studio and open the wall you cloned for your project. Once the .package opens click the Warehouse tab. 7. Click the Wall resource line on the left and then scroll down to the Prototype ID section on the right and paste in the ID you copied in step 6 (or type it in if you copied it down by hand). 8. Return to the Studio tab and create your recolor as usual. If you want you can add more than one swatch. All swatches you add after the first one will have the same prototype ID so you will not need to return to the Warehouse and change them. In the game all the swatches in this .package will show up in the same catalog entry as the original EA wall. One thing to note is that if you already have multiple swatches in your .package than you will need to change the prototypeID for each Wall resource in the .package. Another thing to note is that because I used the wall you want to add your swatches to for these pictures you can skip all the steps and just type in the prototype ID that is shown in step 5. If later you want to add swatches to a different wall then you will need to follow all the steps.

First of: Thank you for this amazing guide! I just have one question: In the prototypeId, do the 0's matter?

The 0's do matter but if you type the non-zero characters of the prototype ID of the wall you're adding a swatch to (in this case 6823) into the prototype ID field of your new wall then Studio will add the leading 0's for you.

This actually didn't work for me, for some reason I can't find the id number in there but I'm working on a newer S4S so maybe that's why? I don't know.
