Hi guys,
I'm trying to make a CC from a popular cartoon, is it possible to use the cel-shading effect (flat shadows and black outline)?

Hello Lory,
what type of cc are you trying to create? You could obviously make a painting or wall sticker which displays a character in cell shading style - but I assume that is not quite what you have in mind?
