This is.. AMAZING. i remember seeing the other baby texture way back and not thinking to much into it as an.. scratched version ? but this is .. no words. I was able to find the strings you shared, but i can't find the main model. I managed to export the shadow version but that one is not mapped. Care to explain how you exported the mesh? are you able to find the rig too?
edit: nvm! i just saw the link.. i'm flipping out.

inabadromance max20 this skin is in the game files since February 2015. Many people believe that it's babies skin that EA decided not to use. EA included "toddler something" resources in CAS demo and later changed them to "unsupported age"...

max20 don't ask me. Ask EA. The only fact is that these files existed in the game for a year (don't know about the rig though) living simmers a hope that toddlers will be re-introduced to the game one day.

i rigged the model with the baby's rig and it's kinda.. working-ish. download.image: Did you make the uv with data transfer?? because it looks so perfect! Also, i don't know if this would be usable but i love knowing what's in the files. The baby is completely done.. like.. it has everything.. i don't know what they are waiting for. it even has.. it even... HAS.. a freaking TONGUE. like whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat sims DON'T HAVE TONGUES.. and this invisible baby hidden on the code has a freaking tongue chilling there like no big deal. unbelievable.  |

Yeah, I noticed too that the baby from picture and this one look very similar. And the fact that EA patched useless for current life stages NPC nanny was promising.
