A QUICKEE Possibility of that happening - Extracting your Character to Mesh around with, (And i Definately' UNDERSTOOD that question...ha!); IF POSSIBLE...as you can tell, is not Forthcoming to the Masses, in General. °Using Sims4Studio and Blender alone: You can follow the Tutorials to Change the way any Sim Character appears in the Game - From Head to Toe. CAS HAT/HAIR - CAS FULL BODY - CAS SHOES - CAS ACCESSORIES...etc. All CAS Mods rely on 2 Major Themes - Weight Transfer and Vertex Group Transfer from a Suitable CAS Sims4 Mesh. It's actually more helpful to stick to a BASE GAME Mesh to Swap-out with, so Anyone can DL your Mod.
Due to EA's Strange/Random Updates, keeping it as Simple as Possible - (KISS: Keep It Simple Stupid.) - is also a Good Rule.
3rd-Party Software used Outside of S4S and Blender, may be something that is the Secret behind attaining your Goal....if i knew, i would Post it. It's all Illuminatti....Ha! I wish you the Best in your' Modding Adventure - Rock On!
P.S. - The Morph Data would have to Coincide with an In-Game CAS Mesh, unless you could actually find a way to Hack into the actual Base CAS Character/s Data....that would take some work...ha!
