max20 you can try to rip a model by using ninjaripper (it's freeware). But it extracts the body in parts (hair, head+all accessories on it etc.). It can be extracted in 50-80 parts (depends on what's on sim at this moment) and textures in .DDS format. It's not rigged and I wasn't able to export UV correctly. But may be you can figure out by fiddling around. You'll need 3Ds max or Noesis to import .rip files. Don't know any other way to export real sims from the game. It's my rip from CAS (sorry for bad render, I am horrible at rendering).

max20, do you mean the skeleton? This program doesn't extract skeleton, only 3D model of the sim (basically you'll need only head). I think after extracting the face has to be rigged like Inabadromance did with that toddler that you found in game files. But it's not my area of knowledge.

max20 there is a UV but it's so huge that you need to zoom out 200 times and only then you'll be able to see UV. I've been playing with import settings and U and finally got some result. I got settings for importing in 3DS Max. I tried blender plugin but unfortunately it didn't work. When you import .rip file choose these settings (vertex layout - manual, U - 8, V - 9). These settings work for The Sims 4 couple hours of googling and trying different combinations x_xThen you can unwrap the UV. The reason why you don't see UV is because it's so big that you need to zoom out a lot. If you see the red dot, it's the place where you need to move scaled down UV. That red dot is even smaller than on screenshot. When you scale UV so it fits the area, choose All IDs and you'll see body texture (it has shadows because of the way ninjarip rips textures from the game, it's sort of bakes textures together). My sim and very bad render from 3DS Max (I blended together a few extracted textures and assigned as a map in 3Ds Max). As for the map, I think it's better to extract textures using S4S.

max20 , нет, у меня всё нормально было. Насчёт скелета не знаю, у меня нет знаний в этой области. (Нам могут сделать замечание за переписку на русском, на форуме нужно писать на английском). max20, no I didn't have problems with nose or anything else. And unfortunately I can't help with skeleton, I don't have any knowledge about rigging the mesh. May be inabadromance can help? Max20 is asking how to extract the skeleton from the game.

i really would like to know this too, I like to use blender renders for display and it would be great to be able to have that nice clean HQ render for my citisims id portraits
