I do NOT have a moon mod of any kind and as far as i can tell this is a super recent issue there were also strange lines running through the neighborhood. the lines have since disappeared but the black moon remains the same. I cant even begin to fathom what is causing this so im just asking if anyone has had this issue before i start trudging through trying to find it this video will show the issue, ignore the random footage before hand and the audio i was listening to audio book. skip to about 1 minute in
