Hello, In order to edit CC files you have to have them in the sims 4 studio CC section. Copy the file you want to edit to: C:\Users\(desktop username)\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods.
Also, to add anything for Aliens you have to go to categories (next to the swatch and texture tab) and look for the "Occult" section, and tick the alien box. You can also do this for stuff that is for aliens only that you want for humans.
I think ticking these bosses will also enable CC eyes to be genetic, but I can't be 100% certain.
Good luck!

all my cc files are in the mod folder. i can search my cc to find what i want to edit by pressing my cc but it takes forever to go through it. so is there no way for them to show up when you click the cas button? seeing them all by their icons rather than searching. its hard to figure out what i want to do when it takes so much effort to go through everything. (i have ALLOT of cc in there)
also i clicked the occult boxes to add the makeup as aliens but its not working they still dont show up in the game for aliens.

Did you make sure to put them in Sims 4 studio? If you go to documents in your files, there should be a folder called sims 4 studio. Opening it will show you some more folders, pretty much identical to the ones in the EA folder. Put the content you want to edit into the mods folder in that one. Hope that helped

You can also try opening it by using "My Projects" and then selecting the file you want to edit
