midnightsky sorry for the late reply The ? you mention is usually caused by the texture being the wrong size or not having Generate MIP maps selected when you save it as a .dds Your texture is twice as big as original, while being a power of 2 is still correct I do not know if 4096 in height is beyond the games limitations as the biggest by default is 2048. Check that the MIP maps is selected when you save, if you still have the problem try halving the size and see if it works.

I resaved all the dds files and that did the trick.
