wingly upload both the package and the edited .blend somewhere and link it here, the screenshot looks correct so something else is happening.

I just tried again. It still won't upload. I tried both Jackpot and Harmony. This is the only mesh that Sims 4 Studio won't load. I don't know why.

Could you please load the LOD's and send the package back? I am going to try and re-download sims 4 studio to see if this might solve the issue; thank you

Re-downloaded Sims 4 Harmony and had the same result. The mesh won't show.

All of my sims 4 studio versions have stopped work. I exported the mesh from the file you sent me and tried importing. Same result. It just won't recognize the mesh.

@misters I have asked three other simmers to help me to upload the mesh into the other three LODs. They all stated that the mesh would not appear in Sims 4. They are using the newest version of Sims 4 Studio. Could it be an issue with the program? Since, all other custom meshes work but for the hat.

I have the same problem! Thank goodness its not just me, I tried to export a choker design that I made, and it said "importing" like it was importing and then just did nothing. The same ea mesh was still there... I tried Jackpot and Harmony too and they both did the same thing... :(

I feel that it could be a bug of some sort with the .blend itself.
if i open your package in harmony and head to the warehouse, there's no geometries. If i open it with a previous version, there's no geometry either.
i re-cloned a hat, the geometries appeared and i imported an acc child phone.. and it imported just fine but not your mesh. And i'm using the same blender. I also exported the original mesh (in harmony) and duplicated the hat next to it, and that imported fine as well.

If you are using Harmony, a newly cloned CAS.package references all original resources unless they have been changed. What this means is that if the LOD resource has not been replaced, it will not show in the Warehouse except as a reference in the CAS Part. If you choose to export the mesh, Studio will pull the correct mesh from the game files by following this reference and export it as a .blend. Unless you import a new mesh to overwrite the original mesh, the LOD resource will not appear in the .package. This makes it so that only the resources necessary for your project are included in the .package. The result is files that are easier on downloaders and on the game. This is one of the biggest fundamental differences between Jackpot and Harmony and the magnitude of this difference is one reason why Harmony is version series 3 instead of version series 2.8. The two versions of Studio are very different in the way they manage CAS items.
Wingly, Like Mister S, I too am able to import this .blend into the .package. There is something going on at your end, and I cannot tell from this discussion what that something is. Please check your Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Logs folder for any error that could be related to this problem and paste the entire thing here if you find one. Like inabadromance, I feel the problem is something to do with the .blend and (probably) Blender 2.70.
xanax, your issue is, almost without a doubt, not related to the problem Wingly is having. Please feel welcome to open your own thread about the choker. If you do that, please include the .blend you are trying to import and the .package you are trying to import it into.

There are a lot of log files, so I will post the .rar file containing them here. I replace the EA mesh with my mesh by going into studio_1 > 'a' and delete all vertex > join the file with my mesh (making sure that uv_0 and uv_1 matches) > import into sims 4 studio; only have this issue with the hat, i made other items with no issues drive.google.com/file/d/0B0OjI9oima0qcTEzSkpDQVJKUFU/view?usp=sharing
