Hello! I have just converted the first time ever things from Sims 3. Did everything work well, but I have a question about the texture! I have exported the original texture as described in the tutorial and then use it for my new object. Just looks a bit funny in the game. if i rotate the sofa the texture "changed" a little bit. Thanks in advance!

Have you made sure that your diffuses have the right format?

We can't really see from the pic since it's so tiny. Can you describe a little more the problem?
If it changes when you zoom out or rotate, the mipmaps might be missing. To solve it you can save as .png your images. And if you save as .dds make sure to tick the mipmaps options in the panel.

I have saved my texture as PNG. So that you can see better again, I have made other and especially larger pictures. Depending on how I rotate the object, the texture changes. I've uploaded my Packages *CLICK*. Perhaps the error sits even before the PC.

I don't believe it! It was at the Bump & the Specular! I have both the Specular from Sims 3 inserted because I did not know it does not work. :( I have tried the tutorial here: sims4studio.com/thread/1079/get-eas-bump-specular-mapsNow it works! Oh man, I'm sorry if I sometimes ask too fast

Yep that's clearly the bump and specular problem. Sorry not to advice before but I couldn't see in the picture. The specular is very different that the ts3 one so you always need to make a new one for it. You can't use the same. Glad it's fixed.
