I have the updated version of Studio (Harmony). When I try to upload a recolor, it does not recognize dds files. They're invisible when I try to import them. Just for giggles and grins, I tried to use a PNG file cause it shows those. I knew it wouldn't work, but just wanted to cover my bases. I tried to report the error message it gave me using the link provided on the download page, but it wouldn't let me so I'll try here. I've enjoyed this program when it comes to creating (technically recoloring) clothes for my sims.

You need to chose the import/export format you want to use. Just click the "type" and a list will slide. Try this.

Hi turtle595, welcome to Studio forums. Can you be specific about which version number of Studio you're using and what kind of item you're recoloring when your image import is failing? Also, if you have received an error report, could you post that here? Studio is able to import .dds and .png. Both should be working just fine.

Here is the error message that pops up when I am trying to recolor the male sweater from the holiday package.

Hi turtle595, the error you've posted is what will result if you import a .dds that you renamed with a .png file extension. Let's go back to the problem that prompted you to post. What do you mean when you say "it does not recognize .dds files?" Can you provide a screenshot illustrating the problem? A .package file and image file associated with the problem would help to get to the bottom of the problem.
