Hello everyone, I would like to know how to modify a mod. It's not to share, it's only for my game has me. I find an object that I adore, but it has very little image. So I would just add a larger image base. I have the Sims 4 Studio, to work (which suits me perfectly) but once modified, it appears in the game without any modification. If anyone can explain to me why its not working and what I need to do to make it work, its will be great. P.S: Sorry for my English (I use a translator and I do not know if it is correct, I know only French) thank you in advance (Also I do not know if I put the message in the right place)

Hi, this depends on the item you're trying to modify. Which mod is it? Can you tell us more about it? It is a painting? Also, post your files (.package) so someone can also take a look at the issue.

Hello, in fact it is a .package file of an object. (It's a pillow with motifs for anime characters) And me what I wanted to do (only for my game) was to add motifs, characters, with the studio program. When I use it, it does not work. The objects appear, but no changes have been made. So I do not know if I'm doing something wrong (yet I can make new wall and recolor objects) or it's because it is a .package created by a person and that is, It is coding or something like that. :-/ Again thanks for the help )

Je crois que tu vas devoir exporté la texture du "package file", puis l'éditer dans un logiciel de dessin (peinture), sauvegarder le dossier en .dds, puis ré-importer le dossier dans Sims4Studio, puis sauvegarder en tant que "package file.

Well.. I have no idea what ciablue told you. . But just in case I will give my reply too. For what you tell us I think that you're trying to make a recolor of that object. This means change the textures to add your custom ones. To make a recolor of a custom content item you need to follow THIS tutorial. Have in mind that the original file is required too for your item to show up in the game. And also, notice that you need to make your recolor with that process and not by editing with the "My projects" buttom, since doing that will override the original file conflicting with anyone that have both (your recolor and the original object). If this doesn't solve your issue, post the files please, that is the only way we have to see what could be wrong.

Ok Yes that's it! Thank you very much to both of you. I understand what you mean ciablue, and the tutorial that Mathcope has to give is perfect.
Thank you again (I really wanted to give more picture)^_^
Have a great day at both
