Sooo... I've been looking through some tutorials to see how to make the footprint bigger. I hope that's what these green tiles are. I want this door on the picture to fit perfectly in the center of this 3 tile wall. I've already imported footprints from other doors but nothing seems to work! Can someone help me? Thank you in advance! (Sorry, if this was already done too many times and sorry, if the picture is too large!)

hi! Have you tried un-ticking the automatic ftprint resize when importing other door's footprint? Can you share the .package so someone can take a look at it? btw, i followed you recently. So cool the project you're doing :D

Do you mean unticking the "Update Design Tool Height" ? Because there isn't anything else to untick. And even after trying this, it doesn't work. Here is the package, so someone can take a look. And btw, I started freaking out (positively) when I saw you following me and liking my posts. Thank you for that!!!

hi! I tested it on my own, and i don't see any differences which makes me think that the object might be picking up the info somewhere else.
What i did was go to the warehouse, Object definition (you have to manually change both), footprint (edit items) and paste on the instance box the instance of a 3 tile basegame door. In this case i used this one: DB066E1CEC1B38E7, which belongs to the "Double Door with Sidelights and Faux Columns".
BUT, unlike its original, the door can't be placed without bb.moveobjects on. I'm not really sure why..so if someone else knows more about it maybe they can help out.
The door is usable and i don't see any con but what i've just mentioned.
.. off topic: i follow the development of the game, and see kubz play it. so it's something that i'm mildly interest about :P at least i find it entertaining to see haha. and thank you <3

I tried this out and now the door has a 3-tile-footprint but still can't be placed centered on a 3 grid wall:

i'm sorry! i don't know any other way to do it. You'll have to export all meshes, textures and wallcuts to a 3 tile door package. That's the only suggestion i have left.

You need to change 2 things. In the Cutout Info Table resource change the CutoutTileWidth from 2 to 3 then you will need to edit the cutout to fill the gaps using my cutout tutorial

Ok, I tried this but there wasn't a cutout DST image, so I imported one by cloning the door and exporting the file. I think that's the problem here because the door has still its holes on the side. Here is the download.

You have to clone the item by choosing the "3d mesh" option instead of standalone i believe.
