hi can you show the other seam as well?
you shouldn't be applying weight or uv_1 to skin parts since those already have the proper info already. delete the skin parts and re import the originals again.

Hi, are you still up here? So i am having the same trouble with a CC of mine and i can't figure out whats going on, can you help me? Hi. This happens with all tops/full-body items for children. To fix it: - unfold the rig, make top selectable and visible; - select the top, then in 3d view press Shift D to duplicate, Esc to confirm; - select top.001, switch to Vertex select, disable Limit selection to visible, select the row of vertices at the very top of it (where the top connects with the head), then click Ctrl I to invert the selection, then Delete - Faces. This will leave you with a row of faces; - select your garment, select the row of vertices at the very top, press Delete, choose Vertices. This will remove the row of faces; - select top.001, then shift-select your garment, join them with Ctrl J; - in edit mode select the whole neck, remove doubles with merge distance set to 0.0001 if you need more detailed/visual explanation, watch any frankenmeshing tutorial. You are basically frankenmeshing the neck from one item to another.
