Solved! Edited hooded onesie and hair isn't showing up.

I edited the toddler hooded onesie to remove the hood, but is there a way to re-enable hair? Is there some kind of flag I can change or do I need to start with a different mesh?

Edit: I worked out that I could edit the CAS Part flag for ExcludePartFlags from 000000000000D106 to 0000000000000000 and now it shows the hair again.
