Hi! Please share the package and .blend file of your item.
The problem looks like a texture issue, either you're importing the texture files on the wrong place.. or doing it differently. You have to check the original EA fireplace, and study how the textures are there.

thejim07 Try getting the latest version of Haromony, which is 3.0.1.1. For me it looks like the lit texture of the fireplace is either missing or the wrong size. What did you clone as a fireplace?

First, you're using an older version of s4s. Please download the latest version. Your lit texture (texture that will be overlaid in game when the fireplace is lit) is not the proper one. Please check the original fireplace you clone, and see their textures on the warehouse. You can check this post for a comparison. The vertex paint on your blend files is completely white. This will cause the mesh to all light, as opposed to a smooth light from fire to the rest of the mesh. Check this tutorial.

It's strange, I didn't saw a "lit texture" in the package. Il will check that

I remember now. I deleted a texture in the package that I thought useless... I think it was the lit texture ! I will remake a clone and see if it will work.

I did traced back a lit texture from the model, but i'm not sure if the package re clones that one as it does with the rest of the textures when you add swatches. Either way, you should NEVER delete any textures. If you don't like it, you edit it. Never get rid of it, or it will cause bugs.

My custom fireplace works fine now. I replace the lit texture by a black texture (it's the same texture for all swatches). Thank you for your precious help everyone
