Hi guys. I have a common glitch that makes all randomly generated sims have the exact same face. I'm sure you've seen this before. It's a CC glitch. All I know is that something in my Hair/Face/Skins/Clothes/Accessories is causing it and there's so many in my Mods folder that I can't test them out one by one. My question is, does anyone know of an application that detects a conflict or problem in CC and highlights it? I think I've used something like this before. Also, any other suggestions are welcome.

Really the best way to do it is the 50/50 method of searching through your cc. It's a bore and every time there is an update, which seem to happen all time, I spend ages going through cc to weed out a problem.

for stuff like this the fifty fifty method is all that will ever work. ive had so many different issues and sometimes i swore the 50/50 method just wasnt going to find it but it always will if you persevere through it lol. For starters you hopefully have your content seperated at LEAST by cas items and build/buy items. that eliminates already a good portion of stuff you have to shift through if so, if not i would suggest taking the time to do that now since u have to shift through it all anyway.you could also seperate the cas items by caterogary. i have several main folders for cas. Skin details this includes make up anything in face details and custom skins . Tattoos, this folder is self explinatary. Tops , bottoms, and outfits, are three seperate folders. eyes go in their own folder ( default or face mask versions ) then i got a folder for piercings a folder for headwear and a folder necklaces folder for clothes accessories and a misc accessorie folder. now you might think that is just too much but when its time for the fifty fifty search of a bad item, having to drop one folder in at a time is a breezy dream compared to hundreds of random of files that have nothing to do with my problem being checked. sometimes it takes an extra 20 seconds to save your cc to the right folder but it saves literally hours when trying to find something corrupt. There was a program made to find sims 4 conflicts but truthfully ive only found it useful to find sims 3 files that sneak in to my downloads and prevent me from starting the game. ive never had it solve other corrupt packages by finding them plus the program doesn't fully function right at least ive never got it to function properly. when i download it and i open it i can use it fine but once its closed you can't reopen the program. in order to use it ive had to redownload it every time which is a pain not usually worth it but this is the program conflict detector if u can get it to work more power to you I think its just cause it hasnt been updated in forever. NOW that alll that is out of the way the second hero in my story is sims 4 studio my cc. I have noticed that 75% of the time if something was wrong with a cas item sims studio will error out when it tries to view the preview of it in my cc studio. Discovering this feature saved my sim soul tbh cause there is a lot of times I know exactly what is wrong but I don't know the file name so i still can't find it and with this feature that completely eliminates that issue. anyway i know bad cc is a pain in the arse but its part of the beautiful struggle. you will make it, believe it. lol
