hi! What is the problem you're facing with the specular? Remember that the texture must have an alpha channel too and saved as dxt5 with alpha. Export a EA specular and take a look at how is done. There's not really a tutorial that i know. it's just playing with the tones.

Your alpha layer has to be a grey color to get that "x-ray" effect, looking at your pic it appears to be white Apart from that SimWitcher we do not provide help generally for TSR submissions, in future if you have issues there you will have to ask there.
